Bogus or not bogus?: Bogus that anything is underway just yet. However, given the fact The Force Unleashed is now the fastest-selling Star Wars game in LucasArts history--moving 1.5 million units in one week--the likelihood of the Lucas media empire further leveraging it in some form is a near-certainty. Hopefully it won't be in the form of a crass Clone Wars-type cash-in.

I haven't played the game yet (not until it's a better price given its reviews), but I heard it has a pretty good storyline. The nice thing about the game is that the characters are based on their respective voice actors/actress appearances so casting should be easy. If a movie is made, I hope it's in live action because I don't want more of that Clone Wars art design.

If they are going to make a movie based on cutscenes of a game, they must have really hit the bottom of the creativity well.

They need to actually film it. I mean, come on, they used real people as the models for the game characters, if they just filmed it and made it a one time movie, people would go nuts, include the big fights (don't wanna drop any spoilers, but the guy who we haven't seen in a while, I'd love to see that fight)

Come on, it could work!! The story was 1000000% better than clone wars, make it a bit darker and we have a winner!

I still want a JK movie. They were halfway there with all the cutscenes. =(

Although a TFU movie would be good if yes, it were as dark as the game, and not bastardized with any comic relief, such as his droid. I'd really like to see them make a movie about boba fett more then anything.

If they made a JK movie out of the JK custscenes or featuring ANY of the actors from JK, I would disown all things Star Wars that I own and probably burn the Skywalker ranch to the ground.

I'd watch it. Hell, maybe I'll string them all together and make this happen, it wouldn't be hard.

Did anyone catch Kyle Katarn in that crappy PSP game Lethal Alliance? They made him out to be this BA dude that just tells people what to do. At least he got some props.
