Well, I got firefox a few months ago and I just loved it. But now every so often a Nestscape Quality Feedback thing pops up then crashes it.

Firefox isn't actually that bad. I prefer opera, myself, but I've converted my mom and sister to use Firefox.

I use IE on Winxp.. Runs fine.. I use zonealarms and norton anti viris.. Besides.. Im too lazy to get into that.. And winxp is like opera when I used win98.. No difference to me really..

I just use what i got :P..

I should slap you all for this thread.

A. There was a thread about this not too long ago.

B. The quality feedback agent comes up AFTER FIREFOX CRASHES. It's the same as Microsoft's "Send an Error Report" function in Win2k/XP. It's not the agent that's crashing, it's firefox. Usually caused by crappy plugins or crappy Java.

Yes, as Cool Matty said, it shows up AFTER Firefox crashes. It's there so you can send a crash report to the Firefox developers.

Maybe I've never had it crash becuase I don't use it's plugins. I never found anything I'd use.
