I think football is more deserving of the name considering you're only allowed to use your feet and you're not carrying the ball most of the time.

I don't care for either.
nope.

What is called "soccer" should be called "football."

Not really a sports person though.

I think american football is a way better sport, but i guess soccer (football) deserves the name more.

Choice one is football, which baconfish and I prefer to the second option.

Choice two is football, which you would prefer, especially if you've seen the game last weekend.

i chose the first football because as an American, mb would have preference of American Football over European Football

football makes more sense i mean in football they use their feet in football they run around holding the ball and a foot only contacts the ball at certain times

football has been football longer than football has been football

I've thought ever since I was a kid how stupid of a name football is when used to refer to American football. This was before I even knew that soccer was called football in other parts of the world.

Considering I really don't care much for either (but will watch NCAA games). I think Soccer seems like Hockey, but less fun.

Having played both (and note I don't particularly care for footy) I can say that I much prefer a spot of footy. Although I am thinking of Hockey on grass; I reckon ice hockey would be A M A Z I N G fun.

I'm not sure i understand the soccer == hockey thing.

Hockey is much more brutal >_>
