Yeah, especially since people are ALOT more aware of computers and technology this day and age. When Reboot the TV series came out, it was fine to name the antagonist "Megabyte" because, back in 1994, kids weren't so great with computers. But, name a virus after a common unit of storage? That's just silly. The people who enjoyed Tron in the 80's are, what, in their 30's by now?
Still, a movie about "being in the computer" is a neat abstract concept for a film (abit stale after The Matrix though). They could do something with the internet or whatever too. But you can't really rely on the imaginative impact of the original Tron because that was 25 years ago.
