yeah, I clean my desktop regularly, so I just let stuff clutter up. This is like 3 days worth of icons (except some of the web dev stuff)

(And to avoid being completely OT too, what was that website that had the cool hires space images? it was like artofsomeone.com I remember I used to have that every once in a while as a desktop I think its time to change my desktop again)

WinAmp 3!? Man, I remember how most people still reverted to Winamp 2.whatever because 3 wasn't that good. And for that matter, people still used WinAmp!

I am one of those people who insist on running Windows Classic Style.

Btw the high RAM usage is because I am running a 2.5 yr old laptop that originally came with 512MB of RAM and was only recently "upgraded" to 1GB. Prior to my upgrade it ran over 100% on startup.

there's some sort of bug with my firefox, and when I close it while downloading something, it stays on my desktop as a .part file, and i can't delete it. That's what all those setup files are.

Heaven forbid my MP3 player uses MEMORY. Especially under 4% of the average PC's RAM!

Did I mention that it takes about six seconds just to open? 80mb is less than 2% of my RAM. Foobar opens in less than a second. WMP uses about half the RAM of Winamp. 'splain plz.

Did I mention that Winamp browses my 15k+ music library at about 0 lag, does searches almost instantly, and has themes that actually match my windows environment? Also, Winamp has far more functionality out of the box than WMP, and even Foobar.

sad thing is I barely talk to any of them anymore. I still talk to maybe 15 people total on my buddy list. I've just never bothered to go through and delete names and I've had that screen name since I was 13.

Also - the right side of my screen looks naked without it. :(
