Firefox crashing

I've no problems with Firefox ever crashing, and suddenly today, it has crashed twice. I've not added any new extensions or anything of the sort.

Firefox version 3.03

Anyone else having this problem?

The Flash issues are really starting to irritate me. I've fixed it twice & the problem soon arises again. I actually opened Internet Explorer for the first time in several years yesterday just to stream my porn.
