I wanted to go as Mr Garrison and Mr Slave with a friend of mine but he said no because "that's so gay" :(

I do still plan on being a south park character, but still thinking of who.

a bunch of my friends and I are going as the cast of Doctor Who. I'm Rose, my roommate is Sarah Jane (she made K-9 out of soda cans and a cheap remote control car) a friend of mine is Martha, and our Doctor (we do have guys in our grad program) just paid a whole lot of money for a replica for the Doctor's suit (he's planning on wearing the pieces again) and bought a sonic screwdriver and psychic paper

We said the same thing. Apparently the sonic screwdriver came with the psychic paper.

There's also apparently a drink called a sonic screwdriver. We're all very excited.
