MGS4: Otacon's Coat?

How do I change this?

Looking to get a coat like the one here:

All I can figure out is that its a single breasted car coat. I could be wrong about the car coat part, appears to be wool. Can anyone help?

Well... the material looks right, but Womens, buttons, neckline, pockets... all wrong.

It's a single breasted version of the standard "pea coat" cut. Looks to be cashmere.

So you're going to be Otacon for Halloween?
