While MS Live still has their 30% off deal running, I want to pick up whatever I might need in the near future. I already bought tires (saved well over $200)...don't really need a computer upgrade, and the HDTVs are overpriced.

Any suggestions? I thought about a new knife (maybe a Spyderco)..

HDTVs are not overpriced IMO. Just gotta wait for the sales, and there is pretty much always a sale somewhere. You should wait till Black Friday. You should get the HDTV before anything else.

I bought seat covers for the car over the summer, and just recently six tires (four for the truck and two for the MR2)..30% off was pretty sweet, but I'm not sure how long it'll last.

Ok this 30% off deal makes no sense. Googling it and certain buy it nows + paypal = 30% off?!

I'm not sure I could beat the PS3 deal, even with 30% off. I could get a deal on a 360, but I'd be afraid of getting an old dying one.

I thought I told you to stop posting good deals damnit.

I'm the happy recipient of a 360 20 GB + bunch of games including Halo 3 and Madden 08.

I still don't get how this cash back thing works. Microsoft footing the bill for me .. I'm never going to use that live thing again.. so hopefully that wasn't their plan?

So I was just thinking as I took a shower (I think too much in the shower)

Friend #1 posts an ebay auction for $650.. Friend #2 buys it. Gets 200 cash back. Give the money back to friend #2. Friends split the $200 cash back.
