Deja Vu.

I have two computers that no longer serve any useful purpose to me, but could possibly serve someone else. I would like to give them away here to members of the Massassi community that could put them to good use. These computers are completely free, I will even pay for shipping. I do have a few restrictions:

1) You must have an 'established' Massassi forum account. If you signed up immediately after seeing this post or have a very low post count, I probably will disqualify you.

2) You must live within the Continental United States. (Shipping outside of US will cost me too much, Sorry.)

3) Massassians that have previously received free computer hardware from me are ineligible.

I am only giving away the actual computer tower (The case, and internal components). You will need your own Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse, and Speakers. These computers contain used/spare components, so no guarantees or warranties. Last time I did this one of the computers was DOA.

Just respond with something like: “I am interested in Computer #1.” or “I am interested in either computer.” No, You cant have both.
A little change from last time, I will check the thread 24 hours from my original post time and construct 2 lists based on people
interested in each computer. I will feed the lists thru the List Randomizer @ http://www.random.org/lists/ and notify winners via private message.

I'm interested in either one, as a TF2 computer / media / web server, but would much prefer the first one.

I would definitely be interested in one of these. I have been wanting to play around with MythTV but can't seem to muster up enough spare parts. Seems computer 1 would be the best bet for a DVR, but I'm sure #2 would be fine as well. Official interest is in number 1 I guess (if I am considered an "established" member, 7+ years!)

I would love either one. #2 would be sufficient. I have an old machine that I use as a server that keeps dying, and I would love a replacement. I am willing to pay for shipping.

My roommate has a very old pos. he can't aford anything better (he has to pay me back a pile of money first).
Either of those would be about 4 steps abaove what he has. I doubt what he has could even run JK.

Since it wouldn't be for me I don't know if that makes me inelligable but he could really use it.

This was pretty much the same situation for one of the previous winners, so you make the list.

I wouldn't mind having a third computer

Next time you get some PCs you should auction them off for Child's Play, which should be starting up again this year very soon.

I really don't want to accept money for these PCs because then I would feel obligated/guilty if the PC arrived DOA or some part failed shortly after they are recieved.
