Just wanted to remind everyone that the 2008 edition of Child's Play is up and running.

For those who don't know, Child's Play is an organization set up by the Penny-Arcade folks to facilitate gamers making donations of video games, books, and toys to kids in hospitals around the world. It's pretty easy, you just go to the website, select a hospital to go to that hospitals amazon.com wish list, make a purchase from the list, and that purchase is automatically shipped to the hospital. There is also an option to simply make a cash donation through paypal that is spread equally around all of the participating hospitals.
I'm a broke just-graduated college student, and I'm still donating, so there's no reason you can't donate yourself. I just purchased two Where's Waldo books and Connect Four for the Montefiore Children's Hospital in New York. So even if you can only make a small cash donation, you should go ahead and do it!
