The Family Guy sequel to Blue Harvest is coming up.

Mort Goldman as Lando.

Giant Chicken as Boba Fett.

Joe as a probe droid.

Carl as Yoda.

Who else is excited?

Star Wars Robot Chicken on right now I think.

Normally I can't stand this show.

Is the third one going to be called "Something, Something, Something, Complete"?

nope.

I'm looking forward to it, family guy's kind of stale, but it'll tickle my nerd bones.

I'll definitely take a look. I thought the first one was funny enough.

Family Guy has sucked for awhile now.

I'll watch it anyway. :gbk:

I'm looking forward to see how they spoof Han's line in the carbon freezing chamber.

To be honest, it's hard to find Star Wars parodies funny as much as they use to be when Star Wars became a parody in itself.

The only good part from the first one I can remember was the couch, which had nothing to do with Star Wars. Everything else was almost funny, but then overdone.

And the line about the Kessel Run really grinds my gears.

I think it was okay, but star wars spoofs are getting old. Even robot chicken is stretching it.

I'm stoked. The first one was awesome. The whole scene with Peter/Han hauling the couch out of the garbage masher had me laughing so hard I was in tears.
And when the moment is right, I'm gonna fly a kite.

Family Guy got stale after like half of the first season.

Don't have a TV, not going to go out of my way to see this.

Don't know about this, but Robot Chicken was brilliant. Dr. Ball, MD had me in stitches.

I love Family Guy...

It baffles me as to how you think Family Guy got stale and Arrested Developments is good...

... I couldn't watch the first half of one episode of the later.

Because Family Guy is just random nonsensical jokes strung together by an unrelated storyline?

Best Star Wars parody by Robot Chicken was easily:

"BUILD A NEW ONE? Oh that's real ****ing original! And who's going to pay for it? You? You got an ATM on that torso light-brite of yours?!"

I'm willing to bet that if you took out the plot and left in the random joke tidbits, you will get the same effect.

Leaving just the plot, you get American Dad. Plot-driven comedy doesn't seem to be the writers' forte.

Deadman, you're dead to me now. You're not a brother, you're not a friend. I don't want to know you or what you do. I don't want to see you at the hotels, I don't want you near my house. When you see our mother, I want to know a day in advance, so I won't be there. You understand?
