Need Wii measurements
2008-11-26, 12:06 PM #1
Anybody willing to measure their Wii for me? I need to know how tall it is when it's sitting upright, and additionally how much extra room beyond it's height you would estimate is required for it to sit "comfortably" with easy access (ie, any need to get your hand above it or any other need for extra space in addition to it's physical height?). Thanks in advance, building a shelf which will have a Wii on it.

It can also lay on it's side, right?

It can lie on it's side, the grey base isn't actually attached to it too. There are some compartments at the top (when standing) for wired controllers + memory cards. Otherwise there's not much to consider.
Sneaky sneaks. I'm actually a werewolf. Woof.

When in the base, the whole thing is about 7 5/8" highest at the highest point. Or about 19 1/4 cm.

Let's just say you could probably fit it in your car stereo space.
