Now, I dunno, but doesn't $6,300 sound like a pretty small price to put on the guy's life?

$6,300 is not the compensation being given to the family, it's what Disney may be fined for having such a safety hazard.

So wait, because this brilliant guy accidently got caught in the wheel of a moter-vehical, it's Disney-land's fault? Correct me if I'm wrong, but you don't fine a contruction company when a guy gets ran over by a dump-truck. Why should you fine disney for this guy not looking out?

Man, I hope no kids were around when Pluto got ran over. They'll be needing theropy for a good decade or so if that happened.

To add to my original, and serious post, I'm sure both Disney and the contruction company have health-insurence in both instances, and compensation for the families. Yet, because disney can't control stupidity, they're fined?
