All I have to say is: Innocent people are going to get shot with that.

There's usually pregnant women in back alleys standing next to muggers. I'm pretty sure the intent is not for a super old arthritic guy to stop a bank heist in a crowded branch office with a sniper shot from across the room.

Well my point was .. Someone that didn't deserve to get shot is going to get shot with this most likely. I also doubt this thing has the ability to take down a person who deserves to be shot, it just seems like it would piss them off.
