Hey I have been looking for a group who is into jedi academy.
Is this a friendly place or should I bust out the thermal detonator?
Anyways I might be around looking into topics that may arose my suspicion that this is a sith hideout.

Yeah it's pretty friendly here - it's always nice to have new members, so hi!

Not a great deal of organised gaming goes on here in terms of JA/JO, but that said if you're looking for some this is as good a place as any to try and drum up some action. If you've got a PS3 or 360 we've got a gamertag/psn list you can join in on. We play some Gears/Gears 2 GTAIV on 360 - I'm not on the PSN list so god knows what they get up to.

Anyway, errr.. yes. Rambling aside, nice to meet you, desposit your soul in the marked tin to your left and enjoy your stay.

Oh, and someone called Geb will ask you to visit the ISB (Interactive Story Board). I'd take a pre-emptive strike and look before he asks. It's just easier that way.

I dont have gow2 yet though.

I am just wanting to play a Jedi game on my pc so i ordered a copy of ja off ebay and awaiting it now.
I have been looking into mods. What would be the best mod out? kotf looks cool but there is alot of krap like viruses people are talking about.

I'm not the keeper of any JA info, but there are enough people who'll drop by this thread and help you out - and if they don't, feel free to start a topic asking for a game in the gaming forum, or if it's mods you're after you're probably just as well asking in the discussion forum as anywhere else.

There's a couple of widely used mods for online play. JA+ to name an obvious one. It's alright, wouldn't really say it's groundbreaking or anything though. Tricky to use.

There's a ton of good models over a jk3files (can't remember the exact site, but google that!) and several other mods. Just sort it by downloads and you'll find the good stuff.
