Monday, Wednesday, and Friday are "comic days" on my team, where we all check XKCD and Penny Arcade before actually doing any work

Thrawn is obviously referring to Randall's obsession with velociraptors -- following them night and day, listening to them taking showers with his head pressed firmly against their bathroom windows, selling tshirts plastered with their photos, and, oh yeah, dedicating comics to them.
