Did any of you UK Dr. Who fans watch this episode tonight?

I'm sitting here wishing it was on Youtube or something... who knows when it will air in the US...

My brother downloaded it for me. We'll watch it tomorrow (we had too much stuff to watch today and it just got too late)

I thought it was good, but they really need to start lowering the Wow factor a bit.....

I mean the cyber king was cool but I'm pretty sure it would have made into the history books given that it was destroying london

Interesting development with "The other Doctor" though

It was ok, it wasnt the strongest episode, but it did the job. It wasnt like the last few were it some how ruined the present christmas day, ie Titanic nearly crashing into Buckingham Palace.
I just hope the specials are going to be that much better.
Flying over there some were...

Just watched it (posting from a bus!) and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The entire first scene where the guy meets the other guy was absolutely hilarious.

Better than the last cheesetacular Christmas episodes; I really liked it.

I still can't wait for Russel T Davies to leave though.
nope.

Me watchy - me likey. Of course, as long as Tennant is the Doctor, I'll like it regardless of anything else.

I guess I've only got one more year to like it.

Is there a final number of episodes this year? Is it 4 or 5?

For a second, I thought this was some new reality TV show. Thank God it isn't.

I think 4 more after this. I liked it a lot. I mean, some of it had RTD's stink on it, but it was good times. They have to explain how this never made it into the history books though.

Man, I'm going to miss David Tennant.

I imagine the same way that the numerous invasions of earth in the past havent.

By it being fictional. :P
nope.

Well they're usually a bit better than that. Pompeii linked up with an historical event, same with Shakespeare (to a degree) etc...

But a gigantic metal man rising up and destroying parts of London?

I was fairly relieved that this guy wasn't the actual next Doctor. He was good for this episode, but he wasn't awesome enough to be the Doctor. Tennant is great. I loved the little revisit when they cycled through all the previous Doctors, though, I don't think they've ever mentioned any previous Doctor in a given Doctor's episode.
