Hh definitely, if I was in that crowd and the guy next to me yelled jump or some other comment when it's clearly affecting this guy, I would lay him out.

Everyone in the crowd who was urging the guy to jump should be arrested and charged with something. I'm sure there is some law authorities could use to get them. Bunch of d bags.
