Greatest is an adjective.

At least he made people realise how horrible republicans are.
His approval rating among Republicans right now is 57%, compared to 22% with the general population. So even after all the crap he put the country through most Republicans still look at his presidency and think, "Great job, Bush!" (link)

And then Republicans have the audacity to claim that Democrats are out of touch with the nation.

It's important to remember that in 2012 or 2016, when Republicans argue that their candidate will make a "great" president--their definition of great is "like Bush." :suicide:

Yeah, a 57% approval rating among his own party members constitutes republicans thinking he was a "great president".

Also, citing the 22% general population approval rating being far from the 57% republican rating as showing how republicans are "out of touch" is stupid....the democrats' rating was 6%! Of course the general population rating is going to be in the middle of those two. :downswords:

Also, most republicans (57%) might not think "Great job!" but might think "he did alright" or something...we don't know. It's just a poll.

lets see how some young hot shot CELEBRITY Barrack Obama does when **** goes down. He will never have to deal with threats like Iraq and the aftermath of 9/11 because of what Bush did. It was a tough 8 years, he did a pretty fine job considering.

One amazing thing that President Bush has done is make it easy to identify who the dumb people are that will defend him.

I've found that identifying dumb people is made much easier during elections. Just look to whoever is fully behind one of the candidates. There ya go.

No one will dispute that Bush faced a lot of challenges, but nothing about the way he responded to those challenges was "fine" or even acceptable.

Ah, I didn't see his earlier post in this thread; you're probably right. I've seen way too many people making the same argument with a straight face, though. :psyduck:
