Probably a really good one, no idea, I don't know about that stuff.

Its ok. You're limited to two single note loops and drums though. I got bored quick, but I've never been fond of computer generated music anyway..

The DS has a quite a lot of homebrew stuff for music production/control. Although DS-10 is an awesome step toward making the DS "officially" useful for this stuff, I'd rather use the homebrew stuff to transfer MIDI to real hardware or soft synths.

Besides, the DS is especially good for its touchscreen, not its sound processing.
