ECS G31M-T, E5200, 2x2Gb DDR2, 7200rpm HD and a DVDRW on a 240w power supply...I'm a bit apprehensive, but according to this I might be ok.

So....should I buy a new power supply (probably would just get a new case)?

I would think it would run fine, as long as you dont attempt to upgrade to a dedicated video card. My niece's computer was running similar specs with a 250W power supply.
