Absolutely. Just in January we've probably downloaded at least 250 gigs of [Linux ISOs]. Just that one pack of [Linux ISOs] in 1080p was like 65 gigs.

Of course not, our ISPs have decided it's far cheaper to throttle BitTorrent, oversell bandwidth, and/or disconnect users when the RIAA asks as opposed to actually upgrading.

I pay for 5 megabits, but I only get 2.5 because the bull****, government funded monopolist telecom company that provides the last mile of service will not allow my line to go any faster. I don't even pay this company directly, yet they dictate that my speed cannot go any faster and that my traffic be throttled from 3pm to 2 am.
