I remember those oh too well, If I recall...

Fax Machine - Two Bricks and packing foam

Software - Shreded Paper with envelopes.

A PC tower - Rocks rapped in foam.

A CRT Monitor - Earth inside a CRT that was about 20 years old.

A PC tower - A HP original machine case with just cables and components from another machine, just a mess of wires and screws.

All of those were taken back with out being checked, oh the fun we had in the warehouse with the person that took those back from the customer.
Flying over there some were...
