I think I use both, but more often eee-thur because it flows better off my tongue.

Mostly "eye-thur," and always "nye-thur."

Both, but usuall eee-thur so I'll vote that. I say eye-thur when I'm trying to sound important.

I use "eye thur" when either is at the beginning of a sentence and what I'm saying is aggressive or needs to be stressed. Such as "Either you do what is assigned or just leave."

Otherwise, I just say "eeee thur" for everything else.

I want to say that it varies depending on sentence but I can't recall a situation in which I'd say "eye-thur," so I think I'm a strictly "ee-thur" guy.
