No pets allowed where I live :(

I want to get some snakes though. I could get away with that.

People have cats here, that's easy to get away with too since they don't go outside. I hate cats though. And most of them eventually get kicked out.

But I want like a big boa constrictor or something.

By myself I have three cats, two turtles and a betta. My boyfriend has a cat and a betta. >_>

Looks like a box turtle to me. Which might technically be a tortoise, I'll have to check. But all tortoises are turtles.

I don't know about Americaland but I'm Britland Tortoises live on land, Terrapins in fresh water and Turtles in saltwater.

They're not turtles, they just belong to the same family.

in the U.S. generally sea turtles, fresh water turtles and all land turtles (including tortoises) all fall under the umbrella of turtles...
like if there was a sea turtle, a box turtle and a tortoise all sitting next to each other someone would probably be like "hey look! its a bunch of turtles!" rather than "hey look! its a terrapin, tortoise and a sea turtle!"

ok... the word 'turtle' is starting to look and sound strange now...
