So some vibes are wanted. Earilier this month I was approached by multiple RAs and told I should try going for the postitions opening up for next fall. Listening to them I filled out the applications and did the leg work to get me into the interview process which happens to be scheduled for roughly 12 hours from my typing this.

SO I'D LIKE SOME VIBES, DAMNIT


(on a side note, it looks like I have pretty good chances of getting in for it because theres always more girls then guys applying, but they need as many guys as they can get. Unless I'm a terrible candidate and cannot do it at all.)

Resident Assisstant or something ... basically a joke of a title that gets you cheaper rent.

I was treasurer .. didn't get cheap rent but I spent money on myself!

In my college the RA took care of floor problems. Anything he couldn't take care of got taken to the RD (who oversaw the whole dorm building).

They're also given a budget with which to arrange floor activities. One of my RAs didn't do any activities and just blew the budget on donuts for us at the end of the year (which was fine by me).

Good luck and all, but RAs were the reason I moved out of the dorms after a semester.
