I bought my sister one for her birthday...happened to find them on clearance at WalMart (4Gb black) for 69 bucks. Sure, 120Gb would be nice..but I'll cough up the 70 bucks and see how much I actually use this thing.

I am JLee5O (JLee and JLee50, my usuals, were already taken. bastards.)...someone be my friend! :neckbeard:

Also, convince me to cancel Sirius and get the Zunepass.

kthx

Also you get proper ID3 tags and album art. I'm so anal I'm happy to pay 70p for good ID3 tags.

Be prepared to be very confused with 07 if your used to 0-whatever.

07 has a very short learning curve. The people that don't like it are just whiny and hate change.

The only thing that frustrates me about 07 is that Calibri, rather than Times, is now the default font in Word.

And I know you can change that or make another font set to use as default or whatever but gahhh. Why did they do that.

My computer teaching explained that in class Thursday .. Something to do with it being easier to read on a computer.. or something.

BUT TIMES IS A PRINT FONT AND CALIBRI IS NOT AND PEOPLE USE WORD TO LIKE, PRINT DOCUMENTS

She explained (And it's true for me) that a lot of people don't even print things anymore.
Everyone of my teachers asks us to email documents to them.

THAT IS STUPID

WRITING A RESUME OR COVER LETTER OR PAPER OR LAB REPORT IN CALIBRI IS JUST STUPID

it also makes my capslock get stuck

CHANGE THE THEME OR USE A TEMPLATE AND IT WON'T USE CALIBRI TO START WITH >:(

I know..we have 07 at work. I've heard that it's better than the older ones once you're used to it, though.

In my previous school, we were rarely ever allowed to email anything. Everything was either done by hand, or occassionaly printed.
Nothing to see here, move along.

I bought my copy of XP with government money. :neckbeard:

Congrats on the zune, I'm fairly anti-"iAnything". As far as I'm concerned, the only thing Steve Jobs ever touched that didn't suck was Pixar. (Yes, I realize they do a lot of their production on macs... so what?)
