Around 4pm today I went out to get in my car so I could go out and pay the anual license plate fee, when I realized something important was missing... THE DAMN LICENSPLATES. SOME ******* STOLE MY ****ING LICENSE PLATES LAST NIGHT.

I've been pissed off all day, and I can't report it stolen, because these event can only be reported from Monday through Friday from 9am to 3pm. Since I will most likely never see them again, I'll have to buy some new ones, which will be around 150 dollars. Damnit!

You'd think by now cars would have windows over the plates that lock with a key so you'd need to open it before you could remove the plate.

But then I guess thieves would just break those too.

Well actually now, there is a sticker license which you can put on the inside of your window, but I don't know how to get those.

What really worries me, is what they are doing with my license plates right now...

I was going to write a book?

I'm currently just working on the SF_Gold video/show/movie, but I ran into a lot of difficulties which have set it back much longer. One of them was that we were unable to agree on the script. The first draft was thrown out because, well it sucked.

And we never were able to completley finish the second one because we kept arguing about it.

Further more, the camera that we were using was returned to the person who borrowed it to us, and now we want to do it using a digital video camera, because Hi8 just sucks. We also need a UV filter because a big portion of the main idea is out doors, and the sun here murders out door filming. We also had the rain and insecurity issues. School started again and people now have less time available.

Its been a mess.

Essentially, I'm rewriting the script a third time into a very different plot from the second, but similiar to the first. I've got a general idea of what I want to do, but I really could use some ideas and stuff.

The problem is, making it funny to massassi, without limiting ourselves to massassi's community. We wanted to make something really funny for everyone, and spending 3/4 of a movie explaining backstory isn't the way to go.

The first plot was just crazy, I was going to be confronted by force ghosts of my older self telling me to go back to massassi and troll, speak about religion and politics without looking things up.

I was also going to go back to the kung fu and train again.

There were also some weird/stupid ideas of me and others doing music segments with mexican/south american music and stuff like that.

To tell you the truth, most of it just pissed me off.

I wanted to spoof movies, in an SF_GoldG / massassi / mexican way.

Right now I'm thinking of making far simpler, but I've ran out of ideas. If anyone seriously wants to help me write a good and decent screenplay, then contact me, maybe we can work something out.



Who needs money for a home video? All you need is a video camera, a capture device, editing software and a good idea. As well as people who like the idea.

The major ISSUE is that everybody speaks spanish, and doesn't have any real intentions of doing it in English. Unless massassi wants a 80% subtitled movie.

Something tells me you are someone who is far too ambitous.
You should start off doing something small, make a short film in Spanish and subtitle it. You can learn film techniques that way, as well as introduce yourself to the amatuer filiming community. Setting goals too lofty will just inevitably lead to failure.

Well it is a short film, 15-20 mins max. But it just needs a good script. I've done several short films for school projects in the past, all in spanish and such.

Right now, I'd just like a writer. Some one who is very well acquainted with writing and massassi, and has lots of fresh ideas.

Don't make it "Massassian" make it original, make it you. If a script doesn't come from the heart then it isn't a good script.

What would I make it about then? Violence in Mexico, thats been done and gotten some people killed.

My life? Boring as hell, or else it would have to be terribly censored.

An originial idea, that is not ambitous, expensive or time consuming? These don't come around every day.

I think I'd rather stick to the massassi idea, atleast just make something related to massassi.

Original ideas, indeed, do not come around every day. That is what makes them original. Don't make a homage to something none of your friends even know about, least of all about a place that doesn't seem to want you to. Make something that you and your friends can enjoy. Not what some people you don't even know directly might enjoy, but most possibly will just flame.

The crime isn't serious enough to take up time over the weekend or after 3pm week days.... according to the local authorities. A serious rework of the system is really in order.
