I was looking for some stuff in my room and I found this book in my closet on a shelf. I dusted it off and began my epic journey into THE TURN OF THE CENTURY: Charlie Wilkes' Second Grade Adventures.
In this thread is included:
-Stuff about me
-People who I hated
-Field trips
The cover: a badass dragon burns the ground with his fiery breath. Flamboyant multi-colored 3-D writing fools the eye.
First page: interesting facts about me. Note that nothing was erased. All blank spots are there in real life too, though I don't know why.
Second page: Jack Capp, my nemesis. He liked shooting birds with his toy guns and playing Doom. Though I haven't met him since 6th grade, apparently he follows people now and tells girls they smell bad.
Third page: Ellis the English Kid (remember to read everything he writes in an English accent). Basically just really over-dramatic.
Told me to hold on to a piece of rope and then he yanked it out of my hands as hard as he could, causing me to bleed. Since then, my friends have been attacked by him on the street.
Fourth page: My "Buddy" (It's a strange system where they take people four years older than you and make you hang out. Tell me if this was done at your school) Also a field trip.
Fifth page: hmmm
Sixth page: The County Fair! I don't remember much about this, or why I enjoyed it. Try to read the writing if you can. It's fun.
Seventh page: This field trip was devoted to learning about compost. It ****ing sucked.
Eighth page: Mr. Johnson's farm was good times. Meet Mr. Ghot.
