well, first you put some seeds in soil, water a few times a week, harvest the crop in a few months. that's about the only way to make chili..

Ingredients:

16 Habanero peppers
1 L 2-Propanol

Procedure:

1. Blend peppers and alcohol together

2. Boil mixture to reduce

3. Let settle and separate into hydrophobic and hydrophilic layers

The hydrophobic (oily) layer that is on top is what you want; carefully skim it off.

Ensure you wear proper protective equipment for this recipe.

Congratulations! You now have a sample of the spiciest spice that is chemically possible!

My brother made some really excellent chili with some really random ingredients that sounded like they shouldn't have worked at all. I'll see if I can get it from him.
