So should I call the cops on these kids that are smoking and parking out in front of my house? They've done it 2 days in a row now. a girl drives 1 car and a guy drives the other. There are 3-4 of them in total. The girl or the girl and her friend leaves her car and sits in the other guy's car and they smoke for about 45 minutes.

It's possible they're underage. I saw them drinking something yesterday but I didn't know what it was. Needless to say we don't have many teens in my neighborhood and I don't like these 3-4 guys/girls right in front of my parent's house smoking and drinking around 3-4PM (right after high school usually gets out). I've lived here 22 years, I'm almost 24, and I never see teens park out in front of my house :P.

Let me put it this way, my neighborhood is mostly old people. It was one of the first neighborhoods built in the area, in the 1960's. We don't have many younger people unless they're very small children.

I wouldn't care if it was in a parking lot or starbucks or a neighborhood near school or something, but this is my neighborhood dag-nabbit *old-geezer hand shaking*

Go tell them they're making the old people feel uncomfortable and ask them if they wouldn't mind moving somewhere else, like a nearby public park.
