broke up with gf today, so now i'm getting drunk at the pub, waiting for friends to arrive.

drinking woodchuck cider, because baconfish told me to. never tried cider before this, it's quite good.

Actually, South African Hard Apple Cider is delicious. I would recommend it.

Cider is good as long as it's not watered down, bottled piss like Strongbow.

Sometime last year, we had a group of friends over at our apartment. I took an evening nap and woke up at around 9 PM. I got up and walked into the hallway to go to the bathroom. I smelled something god awful and rancid, I thought someone got drunk and pissed all over the bathroom.

Nope. Just my roommate in the living room, drinking a bottle of Strongbow. :carl:

The ciders I've had (Woodchuck and Ace), I liked alright. Not something I'd drink all the time though. Too sweet.

I'm having dinner at my parents' house, but when I get home I'm going to open another bottle of Undercover Investigation Shut-Down Ale and drink it out by the pool while I read. Real drinking will wait until tomorrow night. I had enough on St. Patrick's Day that I really want to give my liver a few days' break.

Started on some kind of beer playing beer pong with my crush's flatmates tonight, turned on to Southern Comfort and coke with my flatmate when I got home after a particularly depressing night.

Stay away from cider, it's piss.
