My personal favorite TC (If only they finished it, they said they'd take it to JO. JA is out and we've never heard from them) is stories untold. Best saber system IMO, and I loved the force system (If only you could use dark and saber throw in MP.) The skins were neat and they BLINKED OMQ.

I like the Perfect Dark mod for SP. That was always great fun to run up to someone with the drill-like weapon.

By god man, if TDiR isn't a total conversion, what the **** is? There is NOTHING from the original Jedi Knight present when you play.

I thought the best mod ever was the last versions of SS3 and FR. Second best had to be one of the UWP mods(probably the last one). The most overrated mod has got to be SBX. Just because it has a glow saber and 390423894732489 skins all the sudden people like it.

ahahahahahah I remember the WAR mods. They were a bunch of guns that shot other JK projectiles and made gun noises. It made action movie quotes instead of mounting sounds. I slightly remember part the description: "no more weak bryar weaponz!!!!"

TDiR is a TC. A Total Conversion has meant a mod that is made up entirely of new material for as long as I can recall the name being used.

What DeTRiTiC-iQ said. In my book, Total Conversion (TC) means (for JK anyway) a mod that replaces all weapons (I'd let the fists slip by), force powers, items and either replaces or adds player skins. Levels are a nice bonus, but definately not necessary for it to count as a TC.

If just a few things change it's a mod, like a mod that simply gives you a grappling hook item, or changes 1 force power. Partial Conversion (PC) is a pointless term that should be abolished; it has the same meaning as mod.

P.S. - Oh yeah, favorite TC: whatever the final release of SS3 was called, and EotS for MotS.
