So my local cable provider Time Warner is throttling people by way of gigabyte transfer plans. I personally think this is BS. I will be switching services as soon as this takes effect.

Anyone else run into this new trend at home?

It's a terrible trend, but nothing new.
Im thankful for living in Canada where i believe (Although im not sure) it's illegal.
