Yay! New Doctor Who in 10 days! Well, 11 because I'll have to wait for some poor sod to sneak it on Youtube.

Which reminds me, I went to Hastings to scope out how much the new seasons of Doctor Who was, and it was nearly $80 per season!!! What's up with that? Why would they think Americans would pay $80 for 14ish episodes, when we get 20-25 episodes in a season of american TV for $40? What drives the price up so much? Imports?

Yeah - they charge that because they can get away with it because people buy it anyway.

I know!! The last two doctors have been awesome (I'm more than a little in love with the 10th particularly) and then they had to go an pick some emo kid.

No Doctor is ever going to top David Tennant. None.
Code to the left of him, code to the right of him, code in front of him compil'd and thundered. Programm'd at with shot and $SHELL. Boldly he typed and well. Into the jaws of C. Into the mouth of PERL. Debug'd the 0x258.

I also agree. He had the zany bits down, the serious bits, the angry-I'm-going-to-trap-you-in-an-event-horizon bits, the I'm-lonely bits... He totally sold that character to me.
