I thought it was just seasoned noodles (not the crunchy ones).

I immediately thought of this;

Quote:
I saw a werewolf with a Chinese menu in his hand
Walkin through the streets of Soho in the rain.
He was lookin for the place called Lee Ho Fooks
Gonna get a big dish of beef chow mein.

Aaahoo, werewolves of London
Aaahoo

Ya hear him howlin around your kitchen door
Ya better not let him in.
Little old lady got mutilated late last night
Werewolves of London again.

He's the hairy, hairy gent, who ran amok in Kent.
Lately he's been overheard in Mayfair.
You better stay away from him, he'll rip your lungs out Jim.
Huh, I'd like to meet his Tailor.

Well, I saw Lon Chaney walkin with the queen,
doing the werewolves of London.
I saw Lon Chaney Jr. walkin with the queen,
doin the werewolves of London
I saw a werewolf drinkin a pina colada at Trader Vic's
And his hair was perfect.

ahhhooooo, werewolves of London
Draw blood
And when the moment is right, I'm gonna fly a kite.

Chow mein (chao mian in Mandarin pinyin) literally means "(stir-)fried noodles".

That being said, I can't remember the last time I've had it or what it tastes like. I think I might've had it as a kid and disliked it and never had it again. There are so many better kinds of noodles <_< spaghetti, pho, pad thai, ramen ...

[Edit: I just realized that the "chow mein" they have at Panda Express and stuff look/taste sort of like the noodles in Mongolian BBQ (which is aahgojg*drool*fsfo). So I guess that kind is good. Even though it's not "real" Chinese food ]
