Oh man, I can't wait. I totally need to replay Bioshock again first. I killed all the little sisters. Is there any actual benefit to not killing them?

To expand on Martyn... You get less adam at first but the Little Sisters leave you gifts of adam and plasmids periodically which makes up for it. Also you get the "good" ending.
