What does priority 3 mean?
While your at it, I would love a rundown of how you prioritise your calls

the donut place getting robbed is priority 1 and the rest are fine tuned around that.

Oh, but I did! Turns out a freshly capture mouse was engaged in a valiant, yet futile, battle with the mousetrap.



We don't usually have enough call volume to require prioritizing.., but high priority stuff would be first. This is obviously not quite as important as, say ,an armed robbery at Dunkin Donuts.

Before...the mouse was flopping around in the trap they had set previously.
