Has Youtube been really slow-loading for anyone else lately

The videos, I mean ... they're loading so slowly that I have to wait for it to buffer constantly no matter what video I'm watching. I'm on a cable connection and this has never been the case before. Is it just me?

This happens on any computer I use at home with (apparently) every browser... though I've only tested extensively w/ FF3. Every other site (streaming video or not) is fine.

Nope!

Might have something to do with their new extensive redesign that they're implementing.
nope.

Maybe they can stop being pushed around everytime any company hints at them possibly not liking part of a video.

 Copyright?

The new redesign stops part of that anyway as they're gearing their focus more towards professional content from American broadcasters as opposed to User generated content in an attempt to stop them losing so much money. Some people complain that its going to be something similar to something called Hulu and whilst I've heard of it I'm not sure what it is.

:P

Does seem a little bit silly that they're pushing user generated content [95% of their content] into a tiny corner of the site though.
nope.

Hulu offers no user generated content, just TV shows and clips.

Youtube runs fairly glitchy on the Wii... which pretty much gave any purpose in using the system for me. :(

Aye, my badly written point was they're completely shafting their user-generated content for film clips, tv programmes and music videos.
