I have to think about this, so many good times.

Massassi has taught me several important lessons of life, like its a piece of cake to bake a pretty cake. If the way is hazy, you gotta do the cooking by the book, you know you can't be lazy. If you use a messy recipe, the cake will end up crazy. If you do the cooking by the book, then we'll have a cake.

That's hard to answer, it would be easier if I split my time in here to several eras (Dark Forces Mod for Mysteries of the Sith era 2001-2003, The Most Polite And Active Massassian Era 2004-2007, Wow What Went Wrong Era 2007-?)... so dunno. So this time I'll choose the period of time in July-September 2001 when I was playing BoamSE and ToaM 1 like mad and then in September TOAM2 was released and I was all "WOOOOOOOOOOOOOAH" and AKPiggott was like "TOAM 3 will be released around Christmas" and then...

AND THEN-

And... then...

... and...

Best memory? Yikes...

Too many. It's more a constant warm fuzzy feeling than a series of peaks

My favorite memories in general are from the hayday of Teapot - back when Dor, Maeve, and Flexor were all regularly active.

My favorite moment from the forums probably is Jin's spider thread. I adore that thread...

Or possibly trying to print out the entire Teh Spookay Taco thread in my computer class in middle school. I think we got caught after 90 pages printed or so...

I'd say one of the distinct memories is when the chat delved into parody movie titles all including the word "gremlins". I think it went on for a good 20-25 minutes

We need the photoshop picture of Brian in the lazytown cake outfit now.

I think my favorite memory was Floppy. God was that fun. That and when the Council of 14 was still allowed to be awesome. :awesome:

If it's favorite memory that happened BECAUSE of Massassi? Definitely ZHoH. I miss the Forum O' Rubbish ever so much.

My favorite memory was when the Forum of Juztyn was closed because a bunch of idiots were being "awesome" and postcount whoring to the point where the forums crashed.

Normally the downs-class of emoticon is not used ironically but I will accept it.

Postcount whoring? I thought someone in FoJ decided it would be a great idea to automatically refresh a thread (countless times a minute) so the "Views" number would rise up.

If I recall correctly, Brian was pretty pissed when he realized what was going on and how a month's worth of bandwidth was swallowed up.

I failed to see what was funny about Floppy. I think I was the person who eventually banned "it", but it was borderline retarded. It had the hilarity level of the recent parody title threads. I would always chalk it up to immaturity and "omg i'm being funny on the internet", but I always retract it because I was only in my midteens at the time and even then I thought it was stupid.

You're right. My mistake.

Floppy was fun because everyone got uptight about it. That's really all.

I remember that--it wasn't just one guy, someone made a script for firefox actually.

Pretty lame all in all.

All of the old JK games we used to organize back in the day when Zone existed and was THE SHIZZLE.

Now I can't even get JK to run on this damn Vista machine no matter what I do to feel some nostalgia. Hopefully Win7 will solve that. :(
