I just spent approximately $100 on meat.. And in a few minutes I will be cooking some of it.

(the majority of it will probably be cooked next week when I can have friends over (which sadly didn't work for this weekend)

I'm very excited about smoking some salmon with Jack Daniels wood chips. They're soaking now as the charcoal heats up.. Anyone wanna stop by?
