Yes, but does it WORK, and is it actually DTS or just DD converted? I don't know of a container that exists for DTS. I'd love for you to be right, cause it'd mean I can actually convert all these stupid ISOs, but so far I've seen nothing helpful.

yes it does work... and how can it be DD converted? AND EVEN IF IT WAS DD CONVERTED TO DTS IT'S STILL A MOTHERLUVIN DTS TRACK IN AN MKV FILE

note: the source file for the encode only had the mpeg2 video stream and the dts track so it most certainly is not "DD converted"

the "how i did it" complete with pictures

first using magic dvd ripper use backup mode and copy main movie option selected

this will pop up allowing you to select which parts you wish to keep in this case i've selected only the DTS track in the audio

make sure the single vob file check box is selected in options->settings

then i used SUPER to encode setting the container format to mkv the video to h.264 with all the appropriate video settings and under audio i checked "stream copy"

now i can't get the file to load in VLC (VLC just locks up) but media player classic plays it just fine
