Don't blame Zune, blame the labels. And remember you get 10 free song purchases a month... they don't work on album only buys though. :(

Yeah some labels really piss me off with how they work with Zune Pass, especially the ones that have an entire album except for one song available.

I can buy them from Zune, though..so I guess that's a plus.

My 4Gb one died. It won't sync - 'device not responding'. I've reset it multiple times..no luck. .(

Worked great - until I unplugged it and plugged it back in..now it won't do anything again.

Yeah, it shouldn't even take that long to get back. When mine needed a repair, they basically just sent me a new one... it might even be faster for you, because I had a Zune Original so they had to have it re-made.
