Where are you shipping from? I've gotten a few boxes from the UK and didn't have a problem, it took less than a week to go from UK to California.

I had a friend mail a CD case from Italy to US, by the time it arrived somebody opened it up, took all his CDs, and re-sealed it. He's certain it happened in Italy. Wouldn't surprise me since I've heard from several different people that Italy has one of the worst postal systems in the world when it comes to reliability and trustworthiness.

Just don't be stupid about what you mail and clearly write what's inside the package and it's value and on outside and you'll be okay.

I got some products from Poland once. Took longer than anticipated but it was not too much of a hassle.

Code to the left of him, code to the right of him, code in front of him compil'd and thundered. Programm'd at with shot and $SHELL. Boldly he typed and well. Into the jaws of C. Into the mouth of PERL. Debug'd the 0x258.

I've ordered a good number of things directly from China and never had an issue as well.

My tablet from Lenovo got held up in customs for a day or two but managed to make it through.

It depends on who's shipping and whether or not they're handling the paperwork well. Lenovo had issues with this a year or two back (and are still having occasional issues now) where a customers' shipments got stuck in customs for 3-4 weeks at a time. There are soooo many horror stories/complaints on the lenovo forums about it.

the biggest problem I have ever had (actualy my mum that made the order but meh) was ordering something from canada, it took AGES (over a month) for the books to arrive.

just simple novels, nothing that could possibly set off potential investigation flags.

Well, I just ALMOSt bought something off of ebay in Japan, then I found it at a local store by pure luck. However, the guy I was buying it from had lots of feedback from the US that was positive. He was a power seller.

This signature agrees with the previously posted signatures. To violate previously posted signatures is a violation of the EULA for this signature and you will be subject to unruly behavior.

i've had the quickest shipping times with packages coming from
japan, finland, france, UK, bulgaria, switzerland

slowest
canada, ukraine, china

yes i said canada... with a couple of exceptions everything takes a minimum 2 weeks to arrive... while most of europe can get packages to me within a week

not sure if customs caused the slowdown with those 3 countries or not...

eat right, exercise, die anyway

I order stuff from japan from time to time. Usually takes a couple weeks. No issues so far.
