Threw it on my work laptop this morning. Only noticeable thing I've seen so far is Windows Search 4 (which has been out since last summer, but they packaged it in SP2 if you didn't have it before). Other than that, it's not really check full of changes you'll likely ever notice, because, well, SP1 fixed most of those things.
