Ugh... the last few months have really been intense. Earth quakes, violence, disease, war, threats of world war, economic crisis. EVERY DAY things feel like they are accelerating and getting worse and worse. These conspiracy nuts don't do us any better.

Not all of them/us are the same. Usually, the ones that are 'right' typically never say anything because they weren't 100% sure. Then they get criticized for not saying something sooner. So its damned if you do and damned if you don't.

Yeah, are you saying you believe there to be some truth to the NWO idea? I'd also be interested to hear it. I tend to believe there's always a tiny inkling of truth in many conspiracy theories, even if they don't tie up as nicely or unfold as deliberately as some people think. At the very least they make people dig into history (or current events) in order to understand them more fully, and that's always good.

Not that I believe in this kind of stuff, but to play devil's advocate, if these theories were true, wouldn't we be playing into their hands by dismissing them out of hand?

Even if there is some truth, this isn't evidence, these are facts (taken out of context) with made up relationships between them to draw their conclusions, there really is nothing we can do about it. The only other option is revolution which is alot worse.

The NWO is a big subject to try to tackle. It's not one I personally have spent a lot of time reading up on. I spend more time looking at info on hidden government technology. Which isn't as much of a conspiracy, as a war tactic IMO.
