Anyway, yeah, I tend to eat when bored. I also eat when I'm really stressed, or have too much to do and I can't focus.

I do. I almost think it's because when I'm bored, I'm more aware of being hungry. When I'm busy doing stuff, I tend to forget, ignore, or just not notice it until I'm really hungry.

I usually work out when I'm bored. I used to eat a lot when I got bored but tried to change that mad habit. I envy those who can eat and not gain weight.
