IRN Bru is damn tasty, it's got hints of... bubble gum in it? I vaguely reminds me of some flavors of Goya soda, though I can't say exactly which. It's better than mainstream soda in the US but it's got nothing on micro "brews" like Boylan's and Jones.

HP Sauce is fantastic. It's like A1 but not as spicy and more sweet. I can't believe I finally got it. I'm gonna put it on EVERYTHING :XD:

Irn Bru tastes great but it gives you this horrid chemical tasting burp afterwards that you know will be a stomach tumor one day.

I can't say I've noticed a bubble gum taste in the BRU, it tastes quite unlike anything I can think of.

FYI it tastes even better if you buy the stuff in the 750ml glass bottles rather than the plastic ones or cans.

Glass bottles for soft drinks are rare. At least, where I normally buy soft drinks.

Anyway, I picked up twelve cans for £2.60 or so today. **** was so buy one get one free.

Not sure I'd like HP sauce. I'm more of an A1 guy. Or if the cut is good enough I'd rather not defile it at all, unless we're talking au jus.

They have the glass bottles everywhere up here, but thats probably because it's bottled here. You can return the bottles to wherever you bought them afterwards for 20p back, and they're sent back to BARR for recycling.
