honey is healthy in that it's better for you than refined sugar, it's not healthy in massive quantities.

wholemeal bread is healthy in that it's better for you than white bread, bread itself is not very healthy though.

I recommend reducing the sugar content of honey by fermenting it into alcohol, thus making mead. This morning I bottled some mead during a thunderstorm.


By the way - high fructose corn syrup is about the same as honey in terms of what types of sugar it contains.

Yes it contains vitamins and minerals, but not much. And it being seeded bread doesn't matter. You can put bacon on wholewheat, but it's still bad for you. :P

Mead may be delicious, however, alcohol has a higher calorie content per gram than sugar. :P

Yes. But it increases your blood alcohol instead of blood sugar, so it is better.
